As the company grew, access had been granted ad hoc and rarely revoked. No one had a clear picture of who could reach what, and there was little visibility into suspicious activity.
We ran a focused security program: assessing exposure, cleaning up identities and access, hardening configurations, and standing up monitoring so the team finally had visibility and sensible defaults.
