About FleetOps.
A growing field-services company was coordinating dozens of daily jobs across spreadsheets, group chats, and email threads. Dispatchers had no real-time view of crew availability, and billing lagged days behind completed work.
We designed and built FleetOps — a centralized operations platform that gives dispatchers, field crews, and the back office a shared, real-time picture of every job from request to paid invoice.
The challenge
Operations were spread across disconnected tools, causing missed jobs, double-booked crews, and invoices that trailed completed work by days.
Our approach
- Mapped the full job lifecycle with the operations team before writing any code.
- Built a real-time dispatch board with drag-and-drop scheduling and crew availability.
- Added a mobile job view for field crews to update status and capture proof of work.
- Connected job completion directly to invoicing with role-based approvals.
