A clinic group had no self-service option for patients. Every appointment change, account question, or request meant a phone call, overloading front-desk staff and frustrating patients.
We built CareConnect — a secure, responsive patient portal and companion mobile app connected to the clinic’s existing systems, so patients can manage appointments, view their account, and message securely on their own time.
